Caring for Pets
and their Families

Monday-Friday 7:30-6:00
Saturday 7:30-12:00
Sunday Closed

Our team at MetroWest Vet Clinic finds great joy in caring for your furry family members! Our plan is to remain open during our regular hours. However, in order to circumvent the potential effects of COVID-19, we will be making some adjustments.

We have always cleaned and disinfected surfaces to AAHA standards, however, we have increased the frequency and intensity of all cleaning processes.

In an effort to respect social distancing, we will be providing curbside service for all of our services & appointments. We ask that you call ahead (407-295-2744), pay by phone, and we will come out to collect your pet or bring out medication.

The purpose is to limit the number of people in the lobby and the clinic at any given time. If you are feeling ill (especially if coughing, sneezing, or have a sore throat, fever or runny nose), we ask that you reschedule your visit or have someone else bring your pet in for the appointment. Our primary goal is to remain open to continue to be an advocate for animal health, while implementing strategies to assist in maintaining public health. We plan to remain open and be here for you when you need us. Keeping our team, our clients, and our community healthy will allow us to accomplish this. This is a new experience for all of us, but together we will continue to take care of your four legged family member and one another! We are thankful for your patience and understanding!

We want to be sure you are aware that we are considered an “essential service” and we will be here for you whenever you need us! We continue to take precautions to allow minimal person-person contact. At this time, we will continue our normal hours. We miss our face to face conversations, laughter and hugs – but we will have all of that again! Give your babies some extra love from us!
